Job Summary:   The Field Coordinator will lead initiatives in food security and environmental conservation ensuring sustainable agricultural practices and increase resilience within communities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess community needs and develop food security strategies
• Provide training on climate-smart agriculture, agroforestry and conservation practices
• Mobilize communities for environmental protection initiatives, such as reforestation and soil conservation
• Work with local authorities and organizations to integrate food security efforts into district development plans
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance wit environmental best practices

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture, Environmental Science, Public Health, or Social Sciences.
• Three (3) years of experience in food security and environmental conservation projects.
• Strong facilitation. training and community mobilization skills
