JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Farmer
Location: Zigote, Mityana
Salary: UGX 150,000 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our farming team in Zigote, Mityana. This role is suitable for individuals passionate about agriculture and ready to work for an extended period.
Responsibilities:
1. Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to farm schedules.
2. Feeding and caring for livestock (if applicable).
3. Maintaining farm tools, equipment, and facilities in good condition.
4. Performing irrigation, weeding, pruning, and pest control tasks.
5. Sorting, packing, and storing produce as required.
6. Assisting with farm expansions or other agricultural activities as needed.
Requirements:
1. Willingness to work long-term without quitting.
2. Good physical health and ability to perform manual labor.
3. Prior experience in farming is an added advantage but not mandatory.
4. Commitment to follow farming schedules and meet productivity targets.
5. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
