Job Details Lead loan growth and portfolio oversight at branch level, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering measurable impact in the agricultural finance sector. Key Duties/Responsibilities - Lead branch staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursement and collection targets.
- Maintain and analyze disbursement and collections reports, implementing targeted interventions for staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with lending processes, including origination, appraisal, approval, and monitoring.
- Conduct field visits to clients and key stakeholders within the branch coverage area.
- Chair loan committees, oversee disbursement meetings, and ensure complete loan documentation.
- Recruit, train, and coach Loan Officers to maintain a high-quality loan portfolio.
- Manage staff performance through appraisals, remediation plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience - Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution.
- Knowledge of Agricultural Finance Loans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
