JOB DETAILS: Position Status: Short-term contract Reports to: Study Coordinator Summary of Responsibilities: • Assist in data collection following the study protocol. • Respond to questions from respondents during data collection. • Participate in data validation to ensure data quality. • Provide daily updates on fieldwork, including completed interviews and any issues encountered. • Work independently with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Study Coordinator or data collection team leaders. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, or a related discipline. • Certificate in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or Human Subject Protection is required. • Experience with electronic data collection using tablets or mobile phones. • Proficiency in spoken and written English. • Prior experience in extracting health data, particularly from ART clinics. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to follow study-specific procedures and guidelines reliably.
