Job Summary: Â We are sourcing for suitably qualified professionals to assign to our Client to fill the job of Contact Centre Staff
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Providing Customer Support
- Recording and Documenting Interactions
- Meeting Performance Metrics
- Continuous Learning and Adaptation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Candidates should be already pre-screened and gone through interviews. (Share interview reports if available)
- Candidates must be below 28 years of age.
- Must be tech savvy, have basic office knowledge and able to use social media apps like Instagram, TikTok, X and facebook and must be trainable.
- Ability to empathize given most of our clients are patients.
- Candidates should be ready to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Out of the 10 candidates, the following should be able to speak the languages below:
- 2- Luganda+ Ateso+ Kuman
- 2- Luganda + Runyankore + Rukiga + Runyoro + Rutoro + Rukonjo
- 2- Acholi + Langi + Alur (Luo)
- 2- Luganda + Lusoga + Lugwere + Samia
- 2- Luganda + Lumasaba + Kupsabiny
